days, return it for a full refund. Simply return the gauge and all the accessories in ‘like new’

Allen Instruments, LLC warrants each new FS 502
Coating Thickness Gauge for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers
workmanship, electrical components, and the
probe. Normal wear, tear and abuse are not
covered.
During the first 12
months there is no charge for
warranty. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the
gauge to the seller. The seller will send a new or refurbished gauge back to the purchaser, at the seller’s
expense. The replacement gauge will be covered for the balance of the original warranty term.
If Allen Instruments LLC discovers abuse of the
gauge, the purchaser will be notified of repair costs.
In months 13 through
36, the warranty has a $25 deductible for each occurrence and is handled
in the same manner as the first 12 months. The purchaser
needs to enclose a check for $25 with the gauge when it is returned. The check should be made payable to Allen
Instruments, LLC.

The "not so small" small
print. We assume no liability for decisions make using the FS 502 and
assume no liability for decisions made while the FS 502 is in transit. Allen Instruments, LLC and its distributor’s
total liability in any and all instances is limited to the purchase price of the FS 502.
Please treat the FS 502 Thickness gauge as you would
any precision instrument. Take care to keep the probe clean and avoid dropping the gauge. Warranty is void is
the case is opened.
